Neil is an expert in assessing and coaching management teams to perform at the highest level.  He has extensive professional and commercial experience of leading change and transforming business performance.

He trained as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and has held senior roles in finance, sales, product development, operations and production working in professional practice; large public companies and private companies.  He co-founded his own telecoms company and invested in and worked as a key director in an entrepreneurial psychometric assessment company (alongside private equity and venture capital investors).  Both companies made successful 'trade sale' exits. 

He is a Partner in Performance Consultants, coaches individuals and teams in business to realise their potential and build value, and leads the Consultancy division of Performance Consultants.
