As a consultant, coach and competitor with over 15 years of international experience in the field of learning and performance psychology, Gavin boasts a proven track record in achieving measurable results and breakthroughs with athletes, business leaders and financial traders.  He has earned a reputation as an outstanding communicator, energetic presenter and facilitator of human development with a multi-dimensional approach to performance excellence.

After serving on the professional tennis tour as a mental and fitness coach, Gavin turned his attention to the corporate arena applying the holistic performance principles of world-class athletes and delivering performance enhancement programmes to 'corporate athletes' in the USA, Europe and South Africa.  He frequently contributes to the coaching, trading and golfing fraternities on performance-related topics.

Gavin has held senior positions and global roles in learning and performance and successfully manages his own consultancy.  Along with his strong sports psychology and coaching background, Gavin is a certified Master NLP Practitioner, executive coach and is currently completing our MSc Coaching and Development.
