Steve has over 20 years experience in the field of learning and development working with clients across a number of different sectors.  Prior to working as an independent consultant he held a number of senior management roles at Ernst & Young.  His last position there was as the Director of Leadership Development where he was responsible for formulating the firm's approach to developing its future leaders.

Steve is particularly focussed on leadership development, improving personal effectiveness and one-to-one coaching.  He is an experienced facilitator and coach in supporting individuals and teams through change.  He has an eclectic approach to change and personal development, drawing on a wide range of approaches from many sources.

Steve is a member of CIPD, holds a Human Givens Diploma from Mindfields College, and is a Master NLP Practitioner.  He is qualified to use a number of psychometric tools including MBTI, FIRO B, and OPQ.    Steve has worked as an Associate with Performance Consultants since 2005 and became a Partner in 2010.
