Performance Consultants was the brainchild of three distinguished High Performers in the late 80s:

• David Whitaker OBE – GB Coach of the Olympic Gold Medal Men’s Hockey Team in 1988 (featuring Sean Kerly)
• David Hemery CBE – Olympic Gold Medalist in Mexico 1968 (400m hurdles)
• Sir John Whitmore – Le Mans Racing Driver 1959 – 66

Their aim was to share their knowledge of High Performance to help others achieve their full potential.  Their approach was simple: it was not them telling others how to be great but rather helping individuals, leaders, teams and organisations to come up with the strategies themselves. This way of assisting people in their journeys was revolutionary at the time as it moved away from the ‘tell’ style of leadership and development and moved to a much more fulfilling and successful outcome.

Today we continue to build on and evolve this ethos to create ever more exciting and innovative products and solutions to assist Individuals, Leaders, Teams and Organisations to be great, however they choose to define it.
